The Retention AI tool was developed to simplify management processes.

Human resources and managers can predict the likelihood of employees leaving the company within a specific timeframe. It uses data to provide managers with insights, allowing them to take action, such as addressing employee concerns, to improve staff retention and reduce recruitment costs.

I designed the interface based on initial research to ensure that the content, information hierarchy, graphic style, and navigation are aligned with the Product Owner's brief.
