Ramp and Freight are part of a mobile application used by agents from airlines such as British Airways, Lufthansa and Air France - the ones who load bags and goods into the plane. The original application was created decades ago and no longer met users' needs, especially in terms of information architecture and usage.
Working closely with web developers, I was in charge of the functional and aesthetic aspects of the app, ensuring it meets several requirements such as the users environment, effectiveness and quickness of use.
